Bond Cleaning
Moving can be stressful — our Bond Cleaning service is designed to give you peace of mind. We provide a thorough, detail-focused clean completed to real estate standards, helping prepare your property for final inspection and maximise bond return.
From kitchens and bathrooms to floors, walls, and finishing touches, every space is cleaned with care and close attention to detail. Our goal is to support you during a busy transition by delivering a reliable, high-quality service — cleaning with care, love, and legacy.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all Bond Cleaning bookings, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
A final walkthrough inspection with the client is required upon completion, either in person or via video call, to review the clean before handover. The Property Manager / Agent will then conduct their final inspection. If any cleaning items within our service scope are noted within the guarantee period, Kaire Cleaning Co. will return to rectify them in line with our Bond Guarantee.
Standard Cleaning
Our Standard Cleaning service is designed to maintain a clean, fresh, and comfortable home. Ideal for regular upkeep, this service focuses on essential cleaning tasks to keep your space tidy, hygienic, and easy to manage.
Perfect for ongoing clients whose home is already at a maintainable level, Standard Cleaning helps preserve cleanliness between deeper services while keeping your home feeling calm and cared for.
Standard Cleaning bookings do not require a deposit. Payment is due on completion of each service unless otherwise agreed.
Deep Cleaning
Our Deep Cleaning service is a detailed, top-to-bottom clean designed to remove built-up dirt, grime, and hidden dust. This service restores your home to a fresh, hygienic baseline and reaches areas not covered in a standard clean.
A Deep Clean is required for all first-time clients and may be required periodically for ongoing clients to maintain cleaning standards. Once completed, homes may transition to Standard Cleaning at the discretion of Kaire Cleaning Co.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all Deep Cleaning bookings. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Kitchen & Bathroom Clean
Our Kitchen & Bathroom Cleaning service focuses on the most frequently used areas of your home. These high-traffic spaces require regular attention to maintain hygiene, remove grease build-up, soap residue, and bacteria, and keep surfaces looking fresh and sanitary.
This service is ideal for maintaining essential household areas when a full home clean is not required. Our thorough process targets surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch points to ensure your kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned to a professional standard.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all Kitchen & Bathroom Cleaning bookings. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
2 Hour Cleaning Package
Our 2-Hour Cleaning Package is designed for clients who need focused cleaning in key areas of the home within a short time frame. This service is ideal for maintaining essential spaces, tackling priority tasks, or refreshing specific areas between regular cleans.
During this service, we work through a structured checklist and focus on the most important areas first. If additional time is required for larger homes or heavily soiled areas, extra time may be recommended to ensure our cleaning standards are met.
Please note that this service is limited to tasks that can reasonably be completed within the 2-hour timeframe. Homes requiring extensive cleaning or first-time services may require a Deep Clean before booking this package.
