What cleaning services do you offer?

We offer:

  • Deep cleaning

  • Bond / end-of-lease cleaning

  • Standard and ongoing home cleaning

  • Selected add-on services

What areas do you service?

We service Ipswich and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, please contact us before booking.

Do first-time clients need to book a deep clean?

Yes. All first-time clients are required to book an initial deep clean. This allows us to bring the property to a maintainable standard before any standard or ongoing cleaning services can begin.

If regular cleaning is not continued within one month, another deep clean may be required.

Are quotes fixed?

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the condition of the property differs from what was disclosed, pricing may be adjusted to reflect the additional time or labour required.

When is payment required?

Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For deep or bond cleans, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

We operate under a No Pay, No Clean policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments via secure invoice links. Payment must be received and confirmed before services commence.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, as long as safe and clear access to the property is provided at the scheduled time.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including cancellations due to illness disclosed on the day of service, will incur a 100% cancellation fee in line with our Terms & Conditions.

This policy is in place to protect scheduled time and ensure fairness for all clients. We appreciate as much notice as possible where changes are required.

What don’t you clean?

For safety and health reasons, we do not clean:

  • Roofs, gutters, or areas requiring work at heights

  • High exterior windows beyond safe reach

  • Heavy or extensive mould requiring specialist treatment

  • Ceiling cavities, roof spaces, or hazardous areas

Do you remove mould?

We may remove light surface mould where safe and included in the agreed service.

Heavy mould, recurring mould, or mould penetrating porous surfaces requires a licensed mould treatment specialist and is not included in standard cleaning services.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. However, pets must be secured during the service. Excessive pet hair or soiling not disclosed at booking may require additional time or charges.

What if I’m not happy with the clean?

Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. Where appropriate, we may arrange a re-clean of the affected area. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
