Our Story
Kaire Cleaning Co. is named in honour of my grandmother, whose maiden name was Kaire — a woman whose unconditional love, strength, and guidance shaped who I am today. Her middle name, Tui, reflects the native bird of Aotearoa New Zealand, symbolising connection, presence, and care — values deeply rooted in our heritage and reflected in everything we do.
My daughter’s name, Katarina-Kaire, carries this legacy forward. She is a constant reminder of who I am, where I come from, and the person I strive to be — not only for her, but for my son as well. This business exists as both a tribute and a promise: to lead with integrity, to honour our roots, and to create a future grounded in purpose.
The bird in our logo represents the respect we show for the spaces we are trusted to enter, the care we take in our work, and the pride we hold in doing things properly.
At Kaire Cleaning Co., cleaning is more than a service. It is an extension of family values — carried out with intention, aroha (love), and legacy.

I am a single mother of two young children, building a business focused on creating a better future for my family.
After more than 15 years in retail, I made the decision to step away from the traditional 9–5 and create something more flexible, meaningful, and values-led.
Kaire Cleaning Co. was born from that desire — not only to support my own whānau (family), but with a long-term vision of creating opportunities for other single parents. Having lived the pressures of single parenting, I understand the importance of flexibility, trust, and support. These values guide the way I run my business every day.
